Customers can collect their packages at our designated pickup points located at 34 Molynes Road, Kingston 10; Goshen, St. Elizabeth; and Knoxwood District. This option is ideal for customers who prefer a scheduled, convenient handover.

Stay informed every step of the way. Our package tracking service allows customers to receive updates on their shipment once it arrives at our U.S. location and throughout the shipping process until it’s ready for pickup or delivery in Jamaica.
