Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by B&D Logistics & Courier Services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

B&D Logistics & Courier Services provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from USA to Jamaica only

  • Air freight shipping services

  • Assisted online shopping and payment services (where applicable)

  • Warehousing and package handling

  • Package pickup at designated locations

  • Delivery via third-party courier services where applicable

B&D Logistics & Courier Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

B&D Logistics & Courier Services ships approximately three (3) times per week from the USA to Jamaica. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas & Pickup Locations

B&D Logistics & Courier Services operates designated pickup locations in the following areas:

  • 34 Molynes Road, Kingston 10

  • Goshen, St. Elizabeth

  • Noxwood District

Delivery outside these locations may be facilitated through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

B&D Logistics & Courier Services assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package is received at our designated warehouse or pickup point and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, airlines, or third-party delivery partners.

B&D Logistics & Courier Services is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or retailer errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers

  • Packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, customs authorities, or third-party couriers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

B&D Logistics & Courier Services is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including but not limited to electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. B&D Logistics & Courier Services assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government-related fees.

B&D Logistics & Courier Services assumes no liability for delays, inspections, seizures, penalties, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Services

For assisted online shopping services (where offered):

  • Full payment must be deposited in advance

  • Customers must confirm item details before purchase

  • Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

B&D Logistics & Courier Services is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues. All refund or exchange matters remain strictly between the customer and the vendor.

10. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

  • Online payment options (where available)

All payments must be settled in full before processing. Payments are non-refundable once service or shipment processing begins.

11. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 72 hours of notification or receipt.

Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may attract additional charges.

Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

13. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service where applicable. Cancellation fees may apply. B&D Logistics & Courier Services reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

14. Referral Rewards Program

B&D Logistics & Courier Services offers a Referral Rewards Program as a customer incentive. Under this program, an existing customer (“Referrer”) may refer a new customer (“Referred Customer”) to use B&D Logistics & Courier Services.

Upon successful referral:

  • The Referrer will receive JMD $200 in service credit.

  • The Referred Customer will also receive JMD $200 in service credit.

Eligibility & Redemption Conditions:

  • Referral credits become active only after the Referred Customer has spent a minimum of JMD $3,500 on B&D Logistics & Courier Services.

  • Referral credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

  • Credits may be applied only toward future services offered by B&D Logistics & Courier Services.

  • Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

  • B&D Logistics & Courier Services reserves the right to verify referrals and may withhold or revoke credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program.

B&D Logistics & Courier Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

15. Amendments

B&D Logistics & Courier Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website or customer platform.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between B&D Logistics & Courier Services and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
